As 2Room’s co-founder with design background, I led the overall visual direction for social media content.




🧭 Role -

> Redesigned the magazine’s preview content for social media, providing a sneak peek into the stories and interviews we deliver with strong typography and editorial design.

> As the brand identity solidified, I reflected that on the social media with a scalable template system to keep consistency and keep flexibility.

> Added motion graphics to further enhance engagement while keeping the tone of the brand.

> Worked with editors to visually align the different content types.





✍🏻 Design Approach -

> Effectively highlighting the tone of the content with graphics, utilizing typography, photography and illustration to enhance and promote the original content’s tone.

> Ensure legibility of the content while being visually experimental.





🌟 Outcome -

Even without any paid ads, 2Room’s social audience grew from <1k to over 5k followers during the first 6 months. Among the new followers were many designers and creatives, which I am especially proud of.
